After 25 years, I know Silicon Valley
I moved to Silicon Valley from Santa Barbara in the 1980s, and have never once regretted it. For over twenty years, I was a senior executive in high tech marketing; I negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, marketed over 50 high tech products, and took two companies public (CAER and MACR).
 
I know the ins and outs of the Valley and feel great satisfaction in applying what I’ve learned to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.

 
Knowing the local micro markets
While all the communities are often grouped under the term, “Silicon Valley,” each is quite unique. I know where the school district boundaries are, how nice the house that sold a block over really was, where to get the best cappuccino and more.

And I’m that way too. Having lived in Silicon Valleyfor over 25 years, I have experience with all types of people, and this helps me understand my clients, as well as the other party during negotiations.

Each requires simple understanding – between you and your realtor, between you and the other party. Understanding is what gets deals done quickly and efficiently. After all, understanding what you really want will make the process that much smoother.
 
Having relocated many times before (with my wife and two daughters, as well as with previous employers), I personally understand each side of the buying and selling process – and can sympathize with you during these sometimes stressful times.
